Weley.  He is a listed artist in the Davenport registry born in Holland and lived in NYC.  Known for his miniature detailed still life works.  These (2) paintings were created 1940’s-1960’s.  These paintings can be purchase and pick up at the store.   The size art 7″w x 5″h, frame 11 1/2″w x 9 1/4″h
