Vintage painted hat stand is for sale.   The estate this was purchased from used this as a hat stand.  However, it may be a textile Bobbin because it has a weighted bottom.   These found objects are perfect display as pedestals or risers for plants, pottery or a small sculptor.    This can be purchased and picked up at the store.
